Grandma, mother sell newborn baby for N250,000 in Lagos
Operatives of the Zone 2 Police Command, Onikan, Lagos, have began investigation into the alleged trafficking of a day previous child on Jakande Property, within the Oshodi Isolo space of Lagos State.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the newborn was taken from the mom, Blessing Emmanuel, by the grandmother, Persistence, on the day he was born.
He was reportedly handed over to 1 Ijeoma Okechukwu, a former neighbour of the Emmanuels on Shola Adewunmi Avenue.
